The challenge
Fixed-rate lending has many moving parts: matching, custom offers, auto-renewal and conditional orders. People sign every transaction themselves, so each step has to be clear before money moves.
What I did
I built the visual language and the design system from scratch, then designed every flow for borrowers, lenders, fund managers and partners.
After focus groups, I rebuilt the flows where people hesitated. I also designed the motion: loaders, inline messages and state changes.
